Unending care of our Frontliners

 Front-liners, those courageous men and women who have not given up and made sacrifices to protect and save us. Fearless people who fought against the unseen enemy and stood in the front line to save the people. Many have fallen in this raging war, people with hopes yet to be realized, who may not see another rising sun.

They may not be with us forever, but the ones who have served us well will be remembered forever. Indeed, they have not lived a complete life, but they have sacrificed themselves in order to protect others, and their ability to suffer for the betterment of humanity is true heroism. Not only does the video remind us of how the frontliners sacrificed themselves to save us, but it also encourages us to ensure our own safety. We need to work together to win the war against our microscopic enemy, not just let the frontliners save us

Fight against COVID-19

 Pandemic Ka Lang, I am a Filipino

 Nowadays, We are facing a pandemic called Covid-19. Covid-19 is an infectious disease. to lessen the possibility to get infected, we should follow health protocols. Wearing masks helps reduce viral transmission and keep each other safe and washing your hands regularly and practicing good hand hygiene is also one of the best ways to prevent viral transmission.

If it is not practical to wash your hands, use alcohol-based hand cleanser throughout the day and especially when entering and exiting new spaces​.

Rubbing alcohol is a natural bactericidal treatment. This means it kills bacteria but doesn't necessarily prevent their growth. Rubbing alcohol can also kill fungus and viruses.

Even if we are facing a pandemic, We still remain strong and can still manage to have quality time with our friends or families.

    I have learned a lot of lessons in fourth quarter. i learned that Adobe Photoshop lets you create original artwork, manipulate color images and retouch photographs. my knowledge in using the application, Adobe Photoshop  increased because I also learned the functions of each tools in the toolbox. however, I had fun in gaining new wisdom about the Adobe Photoshop although I also committed so many trials editing. 

School's Foundation Day

Foundation Day usually adopt a very festive mood of dances thwt is highlighted with a Field Demonstration of students as coached by their respective teachers.
It is a day when the whole school gathers together to celebrate its Foundation. ... Students should wear their shirts that is given to them to use during the field demonstration.
 Foundation Day is an important day each year, where we show our gratitude for the wisdom, courage and commitment demonstrated by those who contributed to the establishment of the School. it is a day where all the students from grade-7 to senior high school students shows their skills in dancing.

Dream Big

Everyone has dreams and each of us will strive harder to achieve our dreams or goals in life.

All you can do by now to be able to achieve your dreams is to study. Education plays a very important role in making my life as complete and fulfilling as possible. While in high school there are many goals that I have to set for myself. These goals are to make my future rewarding. To achieve my goals I must make important decisions about my education. The decisions I make will affect my future. I feel that being involved in the medical field will give me the opportunity to give something back to my community. I hope to be a good role model for children. I want to let them know that high school and college education is a very important part of life.
Everyone must always believe in their dreams, and to never be afraid to strive to be what you wanted to be.

preservation of our rich heritage

Kannawidan is a festivity which the City of Vigan celebrates every year. In this festival, the Ilocano people showcase cultural shows, native products and the talents of the Ilocanos. Kannawidan Ylocos Festival became an annual festival that aims to create awareness on the preservation of the province' rich cultural heritage, practices and traditions, and a showcase of the different agriculture and industry products of the province.There is a need to preserve our rich heritage and unique culture.

The Kannawidan festival was also an occasion to strengthen the Ilocano culture, recognize Ilocos Sur’s sons and daughters who brought honor to the province, celebrate abundant harvest or just to celebrate the Ilocano spirit that continues to drive locals to boost the province.

Better person, better potential condition

 

I believe the best thing you can do for yourself  is to try to be a better person, make a conscious effort to improve yourself and your life. Deciding to be better will not only make you feel better about yourself, it will bring better people, opportunities and possibilities into your life. The first step to being a better person is to stay true to yourself. Admit to yourself the good, the bad and the ugly and take it from there. The first step to try to improve yourself as a person is to be truly aware of who you are and who you are not.
 In changing yourself to become a Helpbetter person you should help someone you don’t like.
It is easy to help someone you like, but it’s a lot harder to help someone you don’t like. your actions should be a reflection of you regardless of who is asking for help. When you keep putting out good in this world, it will come back to you tenfold in unexpected ways.
We must change ourselves to become a better person to maintain our good image.
